I know that Delicious Design League isn't strictly about making rock-show posters, but they happen to be extremely, extremely good at it. I've got the one they did for the 1900s record-release show a few months back framed and hanging on my wall and it's completely bitchin'. They're showing work all through the rest of the month at the 32nd & Urban Gallery. The opening's Saturday night at 7 PM, with tunes by DJs Pickel and Intel. I've never seen very many Delicious pieces together in one spot at the same time, but considering their love of deliriously abstract shapes and unnatural, ultra-vivid color combinations, I'm guessing the experience will be like having four different laser beams aimed at your retina at once. Which is to say it should be pretty neat.
