Move over Homaru (and Rick and Gale, and Rick): Graham Elliot Bowles, the wunderkind who turned Avenues into a four-star destination, takes on Iron Chef Bobby Flay (bleh) Sunday, February 11, at 8 PM. He'll also be on Today tomorrow morning to demo his Valentine's Day menu, and, according to the intrepid Michael Nagrant at Hungry Magazine, he and his crew will be hanging out at Rockit Bar & Grill (why?) Sunday to watch the broadcast.
