Last month I reported the unconfirmed visit of Slow Food International founder Carlo Petrini for a major speech tied to the U.S. release of his book, Slow Food Nation: Why our Food Should be Good, Clean, and Fair. Well, now it's confirmed: Saturday, May 19, at 2 PM in Thorne Auditorium at Northwestern University Law School, 375 E. Chicago.
