Saturday's Greater Midways Foodways Alliance sausage party garnered national publicity and was a smashing success that attracted interest from across the country. I'll have more on the Alliance in the coming weeks, but for now check out the work of sausage casing sculptor Judy Dominic, who contacted symposium organizer Cathy Lambrecht after hearing her NPR interview. Dominic, who works with lamb, pig, and cow casings, volunteered to do a demo at the next event.
