It's Riesling Week, which means that through Sunday, restaurants including Blackbird, May Street Market, Shaw's Crab House, the Pump Room, Webster's Wine Bar, and Tru will be highlighting Rieslings from various provenances, including Germany, Alsace, Austria, Australia, the U.S., and Canada. More importantly, several wine shops are offering free tastings of the wine this week, allowing people to taste the difference between dry Alsatian Rieslings and late-harvest dessert wines made from the same grape.
