Well, thanks to Alderman Killjoy, the kiddies of Ashburn, Auburn-Gresham, and Chicago Lawn will just have to hoof it into Englewood or suburban Burbank to score a SpongeBob™ SquarePants Bar. Lona "Chicken Ban" Lane's proposed ordinance to ban ice cream trucks in the 18th Ward just passed City Council without objection.
We knew they favored state troopers torturing 10-year-olds, but this is a step too far!
