The Protege Philharmonic, led by conductor Joseph Glymph, performs a free concert Sunday at 3 PM at the Northeastern Illinois University Auditorium (3701 W. Bryn Mawr). Musical selections include the Roman Carnival Overture by Berlioz, Espana by Chabrier, the "Polovtsian Dances" from the Borodin opera Prince Igor, and Enigma Variations, Op. 36 by Elgar.
