What kind of Cheese goes well with Champagne or a red Wine? Does Bleu Cheese pair nicely with Pinot Grigio? This class is packed with the history about cheese and wine making and what influences its flavor, texture, body and price. Practical tips will be given on serving and understanding the categories of cheese will be included as well in this fun and education class. Wine Presentation will be provided by H2Vino – a boutique wine importer and distributor in the state of Illinois whose passion is to find great wines from small producers and bring them to wine lovers.
