Tyler Colman, the subject of a recent column by Reader food critic Mike Sula, published his first book two months ago on the subjects he knows best: wine and, to a lesser degree, politics. Tonight "Dr. Vino" will be signing copies of Wine Politics: How Governments, Environmentalists, Mobsters and Critics Influence the Wines We Drink, which looks at the battles surrounding the bottles, at Sam's Wines & Spirits in Lincoln Park (1720 N.
