Adam the Great is at it again.
That's Adam Verwymeren, the Northwestern journalism student who writes comic books about my favorite city scam--Tax Increment Financing.
His first venture, "TIFs For Tots," was good. His second feature, "Where Do TIFs Come From?", is even better. Check it out.
Only someone close to the Mayor could take over to extend the tax misery.
No one else would want the job, and no one would be brave enough to do it.
